POLICIES:

You have a free card to borrow books/other media at the Library if you live within Notus city limits (NOT school district boundaries). How do you know? If you have a postal box for free or if you have city water, you live in the city of Notus.

Outside of the city, membership is $10.00 a year for for a family. If you are a senior, your cost is $7.00 for a lifetime card. 

All media are checked out for 3 weeks, with renewal available. Fines are $.25 per day. The librarian will assess the cost for damaged or lost materials.

Everyone may use the computers for free. We use an on-line filter to block pornographic or violent material on the Internet. The Board voted to block MySpace because younger children were being listed, complete with home phone and home address.
