Notus Library is in the process of updating our automation system. We are currently entering all of our inventory into the Apollo Biblionix program. With the help of lots of volunteers, and many hours of scanning and barcoding, we are on our way to being more efficient for our patrons. Patrons will be able to go online to see what books are in our inventory, put holds on books, etc. When completed, every patron will receive an actual library card for easy check-out. We are hoping to complete our transformation by summer’s end. “Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.” 🙂
